Proteins, Carbs And Fats, Oh My! - Episode 4
The team got together to discuss nutrition. They tried a new audio format (living room edition), but unfortunately, it didn't turn out great. They apologize for this. However, the discussion on counting macros, tips and tricks for eating while traveling, and the difference between eating for performance versus weight loss was pretty dope. Cheryl explained the potential mystery behind her hearing issues, Sarah mentioned that she likes a tidy room, Josh shared a magical first date experience with wall balls and rowing, and Aidan made a Rated R analogy about complaining.
