I have been a coach and personal trainer for almost 15 years. I've coached CrossFitters, bodybuilders, athletes, the young, the biologically "experienced", and injury rehab. With all of my clients, I approach fitness holistically, not just about the reps in the gym, but rather about lifestyle, mentality, and nutrition. I love any movement that involves being upside down. I believe any time is an excellent time to eat sushi, and I have an endless curiosity to see what the body can do and what it's capable of.
